 Our cView product suite has been selling internationally since November 1999 and has been continually updated and maintained since then.  We think it reasonable that those earlier users pay a small charge to use the new features we have included in the new releases.

The original installed program and license file will continue to work forever.  We do not put any limitations or expiry date in the fully licensed application.

Each new release includes features for current users.  Those with older licenses will see a message telling them their license is too old to make use of this new release. If you purchase maintenance or upgrade protection we will send you an additional license file to enable the new release.

The benefits of the maintenance contract include:

1. Any product enhancements for no charge.

2. Where we have developed a new version of our product to support a new version of Crystal Reports, we can offer this to you as part of the maintenance agreement for no charge.
